Greetings to members and visitors to OCTE.

Rodney holds two university degrees: a combined honours Bachelor of
Arts in Communications and Drama from the University of Windsor; and a Bachelor of Education from Brock University.

Mr. Parcher taught four years with the Rainbow District School Board at
Sudbury Secondary School , a designated regional arts program school. Since joining the Peel Board of Education in 1999, Rodney has taught at
Cawthra Park Secondary School, also a regional arts program school.

Mr. Parcher has done extensive professional development around leadership, worked with At Risk Students, worked as a lead writer for the newly revised technology curriculum and is currently serving as a Naval Cadet with the Navy Reserves at HMCS York
