Ron Ballentine has worked in the elementary panel in both private and public schools for over 20 years including as a classroom teacher (K-8) and in various consultant roles. In addition to work with the SCCAO and STAO, he was Lead Primary Writer for the Science and Technology curriculum review. Just as important, is his work with various environmental organizations including Ontario EcoSchools, Environmental Education Ontario, and School Board Environmental Representatives Association. Finally, he is proud to be working at the local and provincial levels with ETFO, where he advocates for strengthening scientific, technological literacy, and ecological literacy. |
